Jason is a forward-looking leader. Inspired by excellence, Jason is a natural collaborator, communicator and influencer who engages effectively with multiple agencies, senior leaders and cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams. With the ability to deliver and build consensus across all levels and instil a culture of team collaboration to achieve common objectives. Jason has a master’s degree in Māori and Indigenous Leadership. Jason is an advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace underpinned by Te Ao Māori principles.

SHALOM TANIELU
ACCOUNTS AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Shalom was born and raised in Samoa and comes from the village of Puleia, Savaii.
Shalom received her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting at Auckland University of Technology in 2018. She had been working for the Government of Samoa prior to moving back to New Zealand in early 2020.
Shalom loves baking, cooking, travelling and spending time with family.

CAMERON MCGILL
FINANCE MANAGER
Cameron is the father of three girls who he shares with his Samoan wife. Two of his daughters attend Epsom Girls Grammar School. He is our resident Aussie, there’s always one sneaking in but has lived in Aotearoa for a long time now.
Cameron has been an Accountant for over 18 years and has previously worked at NZ Fisheries and NZ Customs Service.
He is a mad keen sports fan and loves playing/watching any sport that’s going though he admits to being a bit unfit these days.
The culture, ethos and founding principles of InZone are what attracted Cameron to work with us. He really enjoys seeing the rangatahi succeed and grow into tomorrow’s leaders.
