Congratulations to Maika Rhind and Taimarino Cleave who have been announced as 2021 Prefects at Auckland Grammar School.

In 2020 Taimarino completed his Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award and participated in Kapa Haka and Squash. Tai is also a leader in the kāinga having been awarded the Me Rangatira Te Tū award and is also his roopu leader. Taimarino earned 1st in Class Te Reo & English for 2020.

Maika was involved in Kapa Haka and played in the 5A rugby team in which he was named Most Valuable Player. He was awarded 1st in Class in Biology and the Ricky Kumar Memorial Trophy for Excellence overall in 6th Form Biology.
